Time for me to go topical. I have to talk about this one while it's burning in my brain, so it may be short and not as thoroughly researched as my others, but this is important none the less.

Misworded
I've tried to get away from politics, I really have, but like those damnable sirens in the Odyssey, it keeps drawing me back in. I think that, much like the Odyssey it's the continuous repetition of myth that makes me want to keep coming back to smack people over the head. Today I'm going to examine the myth of the 'job creator'.

Misseen
I have been up all night and will likely act like a complete jerkface here. Blame insomnia. Or just blame me being an asshole. This one will probably be a bit short because I'm feeling punchy. I'm brewing up a longer one that is a return to politics of a sort that will come later.

Misplayed
Alright. It took me a few posts but I'm over politics for the moment. I recognize a shitty situation and have railed about it enough for the moment. Either I'm heard or I'm not and honestly it doesn't ultimately matter either way. Today I'm going to go off on a different kick. I'm going to talk about video games and my own ideas for them, mechanically at least.

Misallocated
One of these days, I'm going to get off the political rant-boat, I promise. This one might be the start for the moment, but given the nature of the two topics for today, I sincerely doubt it. First I'm going to talk about something few of you seem to know or give a damn about but that I think you should learn about, Congressional insider trading (see? Not quite off the political shit just yet). The second one is the most misrepresented (why wasn't that my title? Damn hindsight) groups in recent news, Anonymous.

Misspent Youth
Yesterday I touched on a lot of topics but, I don't think I've quite done them all justice just yet despite my best efforts. Today I'm going to go over two that I slightly touched on because I think they are worth a better look. I'm not entirely certain how long this one will turn out so, as usual, get coffee.

Misleading Us All
No, I haven't posted in a good long while, almost 10 months. I just haven't found much of anything worth posting about in that time. Sure, I could do the usual thing and talk about elections. I could talk about whatever random nonsense occurs to me. I could even talk about the strange and silly things that happen in my everyday life. But none of those are the purpose of this blog and none of those are cathartic enough for me. No, instead the topic I find myself drawn to most recently is the downfall of the US as a nation.

Miscellaneous
I really need to drop political bullshit, and eventually I probably will, about the same time I move to Sweden. I'm normally a very happy person, pretty optimistic, mostly upbeat about humans in general. Yes, I recognize that they have their flaws, I accept this fact. I recognize that some are self-serving and that this is a fairly natural as there are methods in place to keep them from being too destructive, or so I thought.
I'm not one to believe in conspiracy theories, in fact, I rather enjoy ripping them apart as the paranoid delusions that are the fevered dreams brought about by a bit of bad cheese. But occasionally, I wander across something that even I have difficulty processing and digesting. This may turn out to be my own personal paranoid rant, but stick with me.

Misty
Yeah, been gone awhile. File a complaint, I've been busy. Would that I could spend my life jacked in to the internet (or that my phone had a better keyboard so I could post from it...Hmmm..) but real life and laziness make keeping this thing up to date difficult, more so when I have other projects taking off or faltering.
You know, speaking of jacked in constantly, I was looking over these micro-laptops-I-mean-over-sized-phones-damnit-they're-called-tablets. Non-geeks might want to navigate away, unless you really, really need a sleep-aid.

Misspelling
I dread the day I run out of 'mis' words. If anyone bothers visiting the site with any regularity, you've probably noticed some changes. The grand experiment worked and so, I've decided to clean the place up a bit. Also a new addition to your right, I've included an RSS feed for those who feel compelled to keep up, as we all know I post at a rocket pace, yeah?
Moving on, I was browsing around today and caught a piece on journalism and how it's slowly being killed off by celebrity news, texting, Twitter, and so forth. This got me thinking, is the traditional form of journalism doomed to the same fate as the dinosaur?

Misjudged
Y'know. I was going to talk about the thing that fucking everybody is talking about, namely the whole shooting bullshit in Arizona, but that's just not me. I like to present the thing that everyone is over looking. Besides, I've already done my 'crazy people will do crazy shit' rant elsewhere on this blog. Just look around, you'll find it. No, there's something much more important to me that's being swept under the rug by tears of grief and angry rhetoric over angry rhetoric and how it's destroying the nation. What am I talking about? I'm going to be an ass and try something new here, hit the jump to find out.

Miserable
Yeah, I didn't post anything in December. I know. You all probably thought I forgot about you, but I didn't. Whether you love me, hate me, disagree with me, or like what I have to say, I still like each and every one of you, but fighting with a cold and the holiday rush, there was little chance I was going to get many of you to stop long enough to read what I had to say. That being said, the month gave me plenty of time to recharge and come up with new things to talk about. This time around it's that ever popular demon du jour, Wikileaks.

Miscarriage
So there's been a lot of news recently about the TSA. People getting frisked, felt up, photographed naked and then whining about it. Hell, sounds like a good trip to Vegas, without the whining afterwards really, but by the same token, I can understand it to an extent.

Missile
Forewarning, I'm tired so this one is likely to be short, angry and punchy. If you don't like any of those traits, well, this is my catharsis.
I'd like to take a moment to talk about something that's been getting under my skin. It's a bit like having a splinter where the end has broken off and you can't quite reach the meat of the little annoying thing just below the surface that doesn't quite hurt but irritates until you want to take a knife to it. This, ladies and gentlemen, is the knife I am going to take to this little splinter called Westboro Baptist Church.

Mister and...
Wove..Twoo wove.
Yeah that's a pretty dumb quote but, it's what came to mind. I am going to tackle the fairly sticky issue of marriage in all it's wonderful forms and splendor and in case you're confused, I'm being pretty sarcastic about that. No no, I'm not going to rant about the dread creature known as Bridezilla, though that certainly could be a topic all on it's own, along with the outrageous costs of most ceremonies. No, I want to talk about the real down and dirty stuff.

Missive
So, we had our grand 'mid term election' last night and the results are rolling in and, quite naturally, I'm reading the results and noticed something about California attempting to legalize marijuana.

Misrepresentation
Two posts in two days this month? I'm far too kind to you people. Either I'm growing soft in my old age, or I'm finding more things to write about.
Right now what's going through my head is the concept of reality. We're all fairly certain we have a good grasp on it, or at least those of us who are considered sane most certainly. But it's a question that constantly finds it's way back into our culture. It's a question that's been bothering our subconsciousness since we first dreamed.
What is reality? How can we be certain? What if we're wrong?

Misrule
We have an election coming up very very shortly as I was just recently reminded by a friend and yes, I am going to go vote as I often do. Actually I intend to encourage everyone into participating in this event.

Misdirection
I'm really starting to get tired of the first person perspective film. That and the whole 'found photography' thing. Fair warning, this rant may not go on for very long but it's something that I have to get off of my chest.

Misspoken
I've been thinking a lot lately about the words we use. If any of you have read any amount of this blog, you'll notice that while I craft my words with a fair amount of care, I also swear profanely. Is it possible for me to make the same arguments without the language? Absolutely and ofttimes I can be just as effective without the so-called 'foul' language. This quite naturally begs the question, "Why use those words then?" The fairly simple answer to this question is: Because I can.
